Tourné Knife
Bought the knife after seeing a video extolling the virtues of a Tourné Knife. After using the knife for a while now, I don’t think there's a better way to peel garlic cloves, onions, and shallots. There may be a lot of other uses in a professional kitchen, but in a home kitchen, it is a nice knife to have.

If you're buying it as a pairing knife, would suggest a slightly longer blade.
I bought 5 knives for my kitchen and this was the only one that didn't live upto the hope. The curved blade is too small. Wished I'd purchased one with a slightly longer blade but it's still used regularly and cuts just fine. Unless you have a specific use in mind, I'd recommend getting something with a blade that's an inch longer.

Die Schärfe ist beeindruckend, selbst nach häufiger Nutzung. Ideal für Obst, Gemüse und feine Küchenarbeiten. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Ein echtes Must-have in jeder Küche – ich werde mir definitiv noch ein zweites zulegen!
