Very pathetic performance. Providing this review after 9 months of usage This brand was really good at a time but their latest product is of really bad quality. Performance of motor is bad. Jars are bad. Doesnot grind properly, Grinding idli dosa batter is a nightmare. Please do not buy this product even if they give at 50% price. Initially we put complaint as it was not grinding properly ginger garlic was not getting crushed and pieces were left behind, their technician came and he changed the fans of jars stating that it's a known issue from company side but still the problem is solved just 80%

Good and compact

Grinding is good, but there is loud noise, and the condition is good, mixing is very good. Everything is good apart from the loud noise

It's been 5 years, no issues. Go for this brand, if anyone looking for the mixture grinder.

I have used preethi product before back in India.. this is the same one but with different Jars obio the rates have increased in both UAE and India.

I bought this product from Amazon and found the small Jar is not fixing it properly on the mixer. It is very tight and I must push it very hard to place the jar. I discovered this defect when I tried to use first time today. Therefore, I have decided to return the mixer to Amazon.
