Charging challenges, Not good value for money
The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted. Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.

Great product!
This is a great product. I love using this. It cleans out between my teeth and around my dental implant. I have tried other ones and returned them as they weren't as strong as this one and didn't hold as much water. Its really makes my mouth feel clean and it is easy to take on the road and vacation. I highly recommend.
