I've really never been a smoker person, but decided I wanted to try it. I chose this smoker and boy I'm glad I did. It's almost foolproof and make some of the best meat I've ever tasted. No more wasting money at the expensive barbecue joints, my meat taste exactly the same. The shipping was fast, it came with its own weatherproof cover, and it took less than 10 minutes to put it together. One of the best buys I found on Amazon. I also hate sponsored reviews, so I'd like people to know I paid full price for this smoker and I have no affiliation with the seller.

This works amazingly!! I had expected to have issues as an inexperienced user,but it is easy and makes everything delicious!! It is easy to clean up afterwards, and the temperature seems to keep well.

On the small side works good for small stuff thank goodness I kept my old one so I can smoke ribs

Not a heavy duty sturdy smoker, but the price was affordable. I’ve used it 3 times since purchase and everything can out great. To keep it looking good, clean after each use.

This thing smokes! I smoked a brisket in the middle of winter with this thing, and it worked really well. It took a minute to dial in the temps, but then it held is temperature really well. I like to use mesquite chunks of wood because it adds to the heat and they smoke much longer than pellets or chips.

Put the thing together, according to the directions, which was fairly easy it will not light will not light bought foodto smoke and it won’t light. You can smell the gas you can put a match in there. It will not like this thing sucks. Don’t buy it now. They won’t even take it back. Avoid this product at all costs.

I've had this unit for almost a year now. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Easy to use, easy to light and easy to monitor and control. Literally smokes anything and the outcomes have been great. I can fit 3 racks of ribs easily. I've smoked salmon in it (to perfection). I've smoked a 7 lb pork butt and it came out crazy good. And my two 12.5lb turkeys for last thanksgiving were voted best turkeys I've ever had by all the family. The rack space is great. Completely adjustable. It goes through a bowl of wood chips at 190 degrees in about 2.5 hours. It's still in great shape so it's a pretty dang good quality product for the price.

Arrived late , don't know why, probably west coast weather. Dent in back that popped out with a tap by a rubber hammer. Concerned by weight of metal but works great. Smoked ham, turkey breast, and chicken for Christmas. Worked great. Assembly easy if you pay attention to the directions.
