Review: Healthy Honi Berry - I am using urban platter products from last 4 years. I used their Prunes they were excellent in taste. I ordered Dried Goji Berry first time. As these are dehydrated so taste is not according to everyone liking. Secondly and most important This is completely normal, goji berries are naturally red-orange in color due to an antioxidant known as beta-carotene. When they are soaked in water they give off a light red color because of the mentioned antioxidant.
