can this be cut with a hole punch (special shapes?)

A hole punch would work. But as you speak of special shapes I assume you are referring to cookie cutters? Those will not work as you won't be able to cut through the Wafer Paper. However, using electronic cutting systems will work as well as scissors or other sharp tools to cut. I hope I was able to answer your question. If not please don't hesitate to reach out or comment.

what inks and printer would work with this paper?

Any edible ink printer will work with these sheets. If you wish any recommendation please e-mail us directly and we will be more than happy to provide you more information.

Can you stamp on this with edible ink?

Yes you can stamp, or draw with edible markers or print with edible printer

My idea is to send to my daughter in af boot camp , for a joke kinda, she writes they are starving her in every letter . will it work?

Yes, it will work for that. Mine was a printing on it issue because it's not smooth on either side.
