Excellent quality, it helped me a lot with my meals, I took one before each meal and it was very effective, it did not give me any adverse reaction. Actually, this product helped me a lot, I can eat quietly without any discomfort.

Used once before a meal and it was very effective for keeping acid reflux at bay. But the best part was the pills are tiny, They have a coating to let them survive your stomach acid so you have to be able to swallow them whole to get the benefit in your small intestine.

I use this before any high histamine meals. Definitely seems to work and helps keep me from flaring up. I do not tluse this everyday as I eat low histamine, but I do use it for if I plan to have a drink with a meal or just before higher histamine meals (or where I am unsure how fresh the fish or meat is)

This works best for histamine sensitivity, for me. I have tried others and have always come back to this one.

This product works as directed and gets rid of gas caused by the histamine in foods. It's small and very easy to swallow. That being said, it won't stop my allergic reactions like itchy, burning eyes so I still do take a Claritin and a Luteolin supplement to support digestion.

Recently diagnosed with MCAS, main manifestation is pruritis throughout the body tried several of the DAO supplements here on Amazon. This one is the best for me. Take care of the symptoms much longer than others.

I take 2 and does not help me with my hives when I have a glass of wine so it’s a waste of money that’s the whole point of what it’s supposed to help!……😭
