Good value for money and good quality, strong and keeps pen’s safe. Great storage capacity

I was actually really impressed. Seems to be a good quality solid feel case (I went for the blue), with a good quality zip. I really liked the separate detachable padded (zipped) pouch sandwiched inside, so your insulin pens are never in direct contact with the frozen pouches (in the lid and base) and the thermistor has enough lead to going into the zipped pouch to give a good temperature reading of the pens and not the frozen pouches. The lid contains the temperature readout in Centigrade and seems to give a steady reading, which is activated as soon as you pull out the plastic strip from the enclosed (included) battery housing. I was going to Corfu on holiday and hearing such horror stories about queuing at Arrivals Passport control in 33-36 C heat. Anyway, the unit performed impeccably and when I got to the resort accommodation, the temperature had only risen from 8.7C to 15.7C (which was fine for pens that I was going to use for that week - basically keeping less that 30C was sufficient, so excelled requirements). So, you guessed it, its not meant to be a portable fridge, but it's a great insulin transporter for a 2hr pre-flight check-in etc. then a 3hr flight to Corfu and another 2hr post-flight faff at the Arrival Airport and getting to the Hotel. One thing that concerned me was the size of the pouches, as I think that were approx. 185ml each, which is OK for Heathrow where the liquid (frozen or not) restrictions have been lifted (although it did flag up for further scanning through security), but I was not sure how I would get on coming back through Corfu Security where liquids had to be <100ml and shown in a see-through bag. So I purchased some additional 2 x 85ml pouches and replaced the larger included pouches with these two smaller ones, as I just need to keep the pens <30C for the journey home, which worked perfectly (not frozen this time just kept them in the hotel room mini-bar until just before leaving, so not frozen, just cool). I put the larger pouches in my checked-in suitcases, to avoid an issue with Greek Departure Security. I just made a security person aware and the the unit went straight through the scanner without issues.

Needed to transport some medication when traveling abroad and this needed to be kept in a fridge. Found this product that appeared to fit the bill for us to safely get medication from a-b. We were not disappointed. Our journey lasted about 20 hours in total as involved a pre overnight stay in hotel prior to main journey. The first thing I did when we arrived was transfer the medication to the fridge. The ice blocks inside were still solid and the temperature gauge on the bag maintained the temperature. On the whole extremely pleased with this purchase. It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this product

My husband bought this for travel but it’s a lot more bulky than he thought from the pictures

I bought this to travel to and around Indonesia for 3 weeks for my Mounjaro. Three pens fit OK. I didn't try 4 but don't think it woukd have fit 4. The box is sturdy and ice packs are good quality material and freeze well. Make sure you freeze them flat. It survived a19 hour flight in my checked bag (liquids rule in case it melted before I'd been through the Middle East). It was still cold when I got to my Airbnb! One ice pack sits against the thermometer so I didn't completely believe the temp it said, but it still did its job well. A worthwhile purchase and I'll use it even on short trips in future too.

Perfect for taking abroad

This was ordered to take on holiday to Majorca. While we were there one of the gel ice packs sprung a leak! By the time we got home it was too late to ask for a refund so I asked the seller if they could send us a replacement ice pack… no response! Be wary and check the gel packs immediately.

While it does work I would say that the build quality is definitely cheap as the indicator seems to pop out of the housing after the case is full, for the price not bad not great either.

War schon mehrere Male im Einsatz, wenn wir längere Radtouren machen und die Temperaturen über 25 °C waren ,wo mein Insulin mit muss. Bisher reichte aber immer ein Kühlpack. Die Temperaturanzeige ist megapracktisch.

Ich bin mit der Kühltasche sehr zufrieden. Sie hält mein Insulin zuverlässig kühl und gibt mir unterwegs ein sicheres Gefühl. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und das Material macht einen robusten Eindruck. Die Tasche ist kompakt und passt problemlos ins Reisegepäck. Die Anwendung ist einfach und praktisch. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen, der eine zuverlässige Kühllösung für Reisen sucht.

Très satisfait de cette étui à insuline. Je l'ai achetée pour voyager en toute tranquillité et elle remplit parfaitement son rôle. Les 2 poches réfrigérantes maintiennent une température adaptée pendant de nombreuses heures, ce qui est très rassurant lors des déplacements car avec ces chaleurs, pas toujours évident de trouver un endroit dans un frigo ou quand on est pas chez soi. L'affichage de la température est un vrai atout : on peut vérifier d'un simple coup d'œil que l'insuline est bien conservée. La housse est compacte, légère et suffisamment robuste pour être transportée dans un sac ou un bagage cabine. Elle est également bien organisée et permet de ranger facilement les stylos d'insuline et les accessoires. Je l'ai déjà utilisée en avion et 2 jours au bord de la plage sans aucun problème. C'est un produit bien conçu, pratique et rassurant pour les personnes diabétiques qui voyagent. Je recommande vivement.
