I have not made it through my first bottle and already notice less stiffness and pain. I would recommend to women in menopause age range having a more difficult with normal activities.

Great combination of ingredients. The pills do not contain any unnecessary ingredients. The directions clearly state how much to take, when to take and what it helps support. The capsules are not overly large and are easy to swallow. The capsules have kind of an earthy smell to them. I like that the ingredients are only what I am looking for for certain health benefits. I am glad to see there is some information on third party testing. I find that taking this combination of herbs is helpful for joint pain and take it every day.
