At first I thought buying a special knife for sourdough was silly, since I already had a good bread knife but gave it a try anyway. I love it. It is incredibly sharp and precise, so you can cut a slice the size you want it, and I like them thin. I only gave it 4 stars because it's not truly reversible. I'm left handed. When you turn the blade over, it's not flush with the side of the handle. I make it work by lifting the loaf up to fully cut the bottom of slice off, but it's an easy design fix, and it's still so much better than my standard break knife. Knowing this, I would buy it again.

Refund Request-poor Quality and Misleading Delivery Dear Seller, I am writing to request a full refund for my recent order of the bread knife. Upon receiving the item, I was extremely disappointed with its quality. After using it only once, it has proven to be unreliable and unstable, making it unusable. As you can see from the attached picture, the knife is very movable and does not sustain steady. Furthermore, the delivery process was misleading. I paid for home delivery, but the item was sent via Relay, requiring me to collect it from a designated spot without prior notification. This was a very frustrating and confusing experience.
