Actually works if used in early stage
Out of all remedies based items, found this to be most effective. It won’t fix if you are deep into a throat infection or have a cold with fever, but taking this early when you feel you may be getting sick, will preempt fix it. Right before sleep, do a gargle, keep neck covered, have some hot honitus, and go to sleep.

Bad packaging. Dabur Hot sips. While the quality of the product is ok, the package is bad. The packets came in a crumbled condition. This is not the first time. Ordered from Bangalore. But the packets came from Haryana.

Effective traditional remedy for colds/flu season.
Had this on my travels in India and it really works! It’s effective against cold seasonal ailments. Very soothing on the throat and sinuses, plus it’s not overly sweet. Quite a well balanced, comforting drink. Just dissolve the crystals in a cup of hot water and slowly sip.
