I have been using this product for the past 9 months, and it has been working absolutely fine. It is truly worth the value paid. Recently, I faced an issue with the product and contacted the support team. To my surprise, I received a response within a couple of hours along with possible solutions to try from my end. Fortunately, there was no issue with the device itself, but only with the power supply, which was quickly rectified. Its a faulty product. I bought it back home and have lost the return timeline also and upon using it the water leaks and on the second time it doesnt even work

The ASAKUKI Humidifier is good quality for the price and works very well. It’s easy to refill with the top-fill design and produces a steady cool mist. It helps keep my baby’s room air fresh and comfortable. Very practical and worth the price. Worth the purchase.

This product has a serious design flaw, the pull out drawer which houses the essential oil is far to thin and small. So everytime you touch the pull our drawer to either re-fill, empty or clean, about 50% of the essential oil you tried to put in the drawer will leak out onto your floor. Thats like buying a car which has a funny fuel insert nozzle, and everytime you fill up your car half of the petrol spills onto the floor..........

It's 2 liters, not 3 as advertised. The design doesn't release a strong aroma, and even in a 25 square meter space, it's not performing well.

Quiet, efficient, easy to fill, great customer service! Would definitely recommend this humidifier and any other products from this company. I had a problem, which turned out to be my own, and the company sent me another humidifier quickly. I asked for an invoice, when I realized the mistake was mine, to cover the cost of the new one, they graciously told me just to keep it. I was able to pass it on to another needy person. This humidifier had excellent reviews which compelled me to get it. It is beyond quiet, provides a nice mist and has a nightlight that can be turned off if you don't want it. When using it the first night, I noticed a leak coming from the bottom, however, I realized that when I poured in the water, a small amount got into the piping and that's what caused the leak. The next morning I poured the water out, re-filled (carefully) and it works beautifully. So, if you do notice a leak, you quite possibly did the same thing as I. It comes with a lavendar infused pad, which I found to be a little too strong but that can be easily taken out. I absolutely LOVE this humidifier, it gives so much for its size and I highly recommend it.
