This is a perfect natural medicine to lower your cholesterol. Mine was 243 and after taking twice in a day...after one month it is now 176. Awesome results without any side effects.

Acts as a catalyst for losing fat!
When i first heard of ayurvedic supplements,only two of them recommended to me; 1.Ashwagandha 2.Guggul And it is not forbearing for me to say that these both have really helped with losing fat and at the same time staying sane! Now,ofcourse this review is anecdotal but you won't regret this purchase. :)

I purchased this Himalaya product from Amazon, but unfortunately I had an adverse reaction after using it. I developed what appears to be an allergic reaction, so I stopped using the product immediately. Because of this experience, I would like to request a return and a refund. I would also advise other customers to review the ingredients carefully and consult a doctor before using the product if they have sensitive skin or a history of allergies. I am disappointed with my experience and hope Amazon will process my refund as soon as possible.

the product is not the same as the packet and was in a different type of box and they tablets not capsules. not the same product and didn't feel that the item was a genuine product so buy with caution.
