The washer was missing for both ends, hence the water was leaking meaning I will have to go to the market to get it which I wanted to avoid and that's why I ordered from Amazon.The first impression was brilliant packaging( one of the best), above-average quality product. and NO WASHER FOUND. at times likes this (COVID), it takes a very long time to receive the product hence do not want to waste a single more moment to return/replace a thing which is frustrating given the time it will take.This part is after using it for one day. (Removed one star from rating) Frustrating experience. First it doesnt aim at the right place as the head is so big and water doesnt get to the point where we need it.Second- after using when you keepIt back, it will drip water all the time for 4 seconds and that will wet your clean bathroom..Third- the handle shape is not very convenient to use from behind(maybe it might be appropriate to use it from front).Dont buy. Use a normal shapeRemoved one star more after continous use. (After 7-10 days )Didn’t get used to it. Not enough pressure. Erognomic issue.. its good to water plant(not to wash)Just pissed. Should have returned it.

Streem is soft. Tube is flexible and strong. It work well in pressure. I use it on 6th floor of 11 storey building. Warrenty card is provided with package. Handle have steel coating, in actual it is strong plastic like material.Brought at 349. Frequently offer lighting deal.Review after 2 years of useStill in good condition. Only thing is streem is bit spread and does not point a one location. We get bit of jerk while starting the sreem. I will not recommend this if you are considering it for toilet.

The best quality product
High water pressure . No leaks. Easy operation. I bought this same on 2017 at the rate of Rs 298 . In 2025 I replaced it at the rate of 585/- worked 8 years without any issues. Value for money. I am using for bathroom. Awesome quality
