This is a good product but should not be used if a heart patient.

I have been using this bottle for approx. 2 months. At first it was working OK. The first bottle stopped working at all, so I tried the other one...it also has stopped working..So to make a long story short, I know it's too late for a refund/return, I just wanted to let the seller of these bottles to please do better. Thanks

After a few uses the bottles started putting out some sort of brown substance so we stopped using them immediately. Unfortunately it was outside of the return window. I have no idea if this product works or if this is a knock off, but all I know is I am not drinking water with floaties inside when I pour water from the sink and it is clear and pure before it goes in.

Ne pas submerger la base meme s'il y a un bouchon pour la prise. Assurez vous que le gasket en caoutchou est bien sur la base lorsque vous le rinserai. Jen ai brisé un sur deux. Sinon j'aime bien le produit et est efficace. Portion parfaite, pas de perte d'hydrogène.
