originally purchased the N20 and had nothing but problems from the start. After months of repairs and being without a machine, the company eventually replaced it with the N30, although they refused to provide a refund. The N30 worked very well for around four months, and I was hopeful that the issues had finally been resolved. Unfortunately, problems then started occurring one after another. I sent the machine in for repair, but despite it being only eight months old, I was told it was not covered under warranty and was asked to pay for the repair. To make matters worse, the vacuum was returned to me with parts missing, leaving me without a usable machine. The product itself can perform well when it works, but the reliability has been poor and my experience with customer service and after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. After two machines, multiple faults, repairs, and long periods without a working vacuum, I cannot recommend this product or the company behind it.

A few weeks in and I can’t believe how much difference it has made already! Struggling to find the time to clean after the arrival of baby, we thought a robot vacuum would be a good addition to the family. Well, it did not disappoint. After a lot of research into vacuums within this price range, I decided on this one - the main reasons being 1. very high suction power, 2. high potential longevity provided it is well looked after (according to Ecovacs), 3. very long battery life and 4. anti-tangle brush. It did take a bit of work to set up, get it to map the home on two floors and also to work out how to best use it around the home, but overall I’m extremely satisfied with how well it cleans. It does its best work on carpets - my carpets have never ever been so clean. The mopping on hard floors is nothing fancy (no rotation or vibration) but it does a decent job and leaves the floors looking much cleaner. (Can be useful to spray some vinegar or other product on floor stains beforehand as other have mentioned.) I found it also generally encourages us to keep the house tidier. The app is intuitive and easy to use. We had a minor issue which turned out to be a very simple fix (just plugging the station wire into it more firmly as it had slightly moved). I found the customer service webchat to be often unavailable but they were very helpful once I finally got a hold of someone. I do also have to mention that the our toddler was absolutely terrified when seeing it in action for the first time - so we have to operate it without him seeing it. Finally, although the whole two floor situation was a bit confusing at first, I’m amazed how the robot always ends up recognising where it it - make sure you manually change the “map in use” in the app. Even if it doesn’t recognise where it is straight away, it will do eventually. I could keep going on and on about how much I love this robot. Very very happy with my choice.

This is a great vacuum cleaner and picks up the dirt very well. My only complaint is that it doesn’t empty properly into the main container. I like the quality and the amount of dust it collects, it’s great value and easy to set up.

What a fantastic little machine. I've had it for two years now and I must used it over a thousand times. It's due a service with all new filters etc. only £30 for a set well worth it. It's never missed a single piece of debris on carpets hard floors. I don't use the mop side sorry only a small kitchen.

I purchased this thinking it would vacuum and mop and make my life as a disabled wheelchair user easier but I was very wrong! To start with it wouldn’t connect and work on my phone, but I tried it on my iPad and it worked. It then took a couple of tries for it to map my one story bungalow. In the first few days it had a couple of teething problems but then worked well for a few weeks. The suction was actually good when it was on the highest setting but it missed a few stray bits of pet fur and fluff especially around the edges and in corners. The mop was basically a wet cloth being dragged around behind the vacuum but it did work on light staining and collected some fur the vacuum had missed. I wasn’t able to set the machine off to clean the whole house as it wouldn’t go into rooms with any carpet whilst the mop attachment was fitted, I had to take the mop off to go into carpeted areas then put it back on to do the hard wood floors. It just meant that when I programmed it to do specific rooms I chose the hard floors first with the mop on then removed it to do the carpeted areas. The function that allows you to alter the amount of suction, water flow and whether to do one or two passes of the machine was very useful as was the option to send the machine back to the station to empty the dust box. Sadly I then had a few issues occur with the machine It suddenly began turning itself on around the same time each evening without being told to and without having a schedule. It stopped emptying into the charging unit and I would have to empty it by hand every time I used it and could only use it when I was home otherwise it would be too full. Throughout this time I was constantly in contact with the company trying to solve these issues. The advise was initially useful but sadly the issues weren’t resolved. However I am very pleased to say that customer service have proposed a plan that I am satisfied with to resolve my issues. I must say that when the machine was working I was very pleased with it and it did save me time and more importantly effort to keep the floors clean, I think I was just unfortunate that I ran into a few problems with mine. Once my refund is processed then I will definitely be getting a new one. This review has been edited (13/12/24) following on from the action of customer service to resolve my issues.

However, the pads can take a bit longer to dry after washing, so having a second set handy might be a good idea to avoid any downtime with your robot vacuum. Overall, they are an excellent accessory for anyone who uses the DEEBOT N20 PLUS for regular floor cleaning and wants a reliable, sustainable cleaning option.

The issues I have encountered are numerous and indicative of poor design and quality control: 1. Dust Collection Design Flaw: When emptying the dust collection box, dust falls into the gap surrounding the removable box. This creates an additional cleaning task, negating the convenience of the vacuum. It is an obvious design flaw that makes the product unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating to use. 2. Anti-Tangle System Failure: The advertised anti-tangle feature simply does not work. I am forced to manually clean the brush regularly, which defeats the purpose of having an automated cleaning device. 3. Ineffective Cleaning Performance: With only one side brush, the cleaning results are subpar, leaving dust and debris behind. This is unacceptable for a product marketed as a reliable cleaning solution. Frankly, I am deeply disappointed with the Deebot N20. My previous, less expensive Eufy vacuum performed significantly better and without the hassle of these persistent issues. Given the extent of the problems and the misleading marketing claims, I have demanded a full refund with return . This level of poor performance and design is simply not acceptable, especially at this price point.

Die Staubsaugerbeutel kamen nach einem Tag an und die Qualität der Beutel ist echt gut. Man merkt, dass diese aus robsutem Material hergestellt sind und selbst kleine Schmutzpartikel zurückhalten. Die Beutel verrutschen nicht und sind Wasserdicht. In der Saugleistung zeigt es ebenfalls keine Einbußen und arbeitet wie zuvor sauber und effizient! Genauso wie ich es mir vorgestellt hab
