Works as advertised but misses out on some detail
I got this yesterday (26th oct 24) and tried setting it up with just the quick reference guide. The lancet device initially would not work, the spring seemed stuck and after a few tries I got it to work. I had to resort to the user guide to set time and date. The UI could have been programmed easily to show what function was being set.. The battery which is supposed to be included was not in the package anywhere, I dont know if they deliberately left it out to cut costs or not. I had to buy another battery to make it work. Small but important details Anyway that's why only 4 stars.

Dear Customer Support,I purchased the Dr. Morepen GlucoOne Blood Glucose Monitor (Model BG 03 with 25 Strips) from Amazon.Unfortunately, the machine is not working properly. Whenever we try to use it, it displays an error, and we are unable to measure the blood glucose level.I have attached a video showing the issue for your reference.As this device is essential for regular health monitoring, I kindly request you to arrange a replacement of the machine on a priority basis.Please let me know if you require any additional information.Thank you for your prompt support.
