Near to expiry , not recommended, Normally iron tablets we cannot take daily basis.. good to have alternative atleast. So considering alternative days it take 200 days minimum. This goes expiry by November 2026

good. no gut issues. BUT, this is not enough to raise your iron levels. elemental iron is only 8-12mg . if you have an iron deficiency, you need 100mg elemental iron for which you will need 300mg of iron compound like ferrous fumerate etc. I am not going to waster melt time taking this and will take medical grade iron supplement.
