It was giving good result , but thrice in a weak , give a smooth skin tone , it give feeling like burning face but nothing happen to face , its safe and secure.

Received damaged or defective product
Received damaged and defective product and Amazon is not allowing to return or replace. Who is responsible for my loss of 1049 rupees? Amazon took a request and their customer care asked me to cross check after 72 hours few days back. Upon cross checking there is no trace of my ticket at all.
