Picked this up as a way to add neck training into my routine—not for anything super intense, but to build up stability and size. I lift regularly and do some boxing-style training, so neck strength matters more than most people think (plus, it just looks better with a stronger neck, let’s be real). Build & Materials: Feels solid. The harness is adjustable and the padding is decent—not luxury gym gear level, but definitely better than I expected at this price point. The metal clips and D-rings feel sturdy and have held up fine with 20–35 lbs plates so far. Comfort & Fit: I wear it for neck extensions and side raises 2–3 times a week. You’ll definitely feel it the next day if you’re not used to neck training. It feels tough on the hair, might lose a few strands while using this. Results: After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed more control and less tightness in my traps during other lifts. Aesthetically, my neck has started to look thicker, which is a nice bonus. If you train combat sports or just want to bulletproof your upper spine, this helps, but its mostly for hypertrophy. Minor Cons: Strap digs into your hair or skin The strap can ride a bit if you don’t get it tight enough Wouldn’t go super heavy with it until you trust your form Not the most low-profile if you’re bringing it to a commercial gym

Good quality of a product only issue I had with it was I had to go to the page product to properly see the positioning of where the product should be placed on my head. I’m also still relatively new to working out on my neck. So needless to say I’m still giving this product a 5 star rating I’d just wish it came with some instructions when I received this product which was back in March 2025. As of this review May 12th I’d recommended this product if and or when they get more in stock!

I think if this product just cames: 1- with weight 2- instructions how to use 3- you can change the height meaning you can sized by your preferences It will be a very good product for a lot of people even if it's little bit pricey

My husband is really unhappy .. I threw out his old one and bought him this new one thinking it would be way better but unfortunately there are no instructions and he wants his old one back Def will be returning
