It is so important for joint health, brain function, good skin and they are rich in protein also. It is an antioxidant and so anti ageing also. Some members in my family are still rigid about not using fish oil and flax seed oil is an alternative but algae is quite rich in DHA and may have some EPA also. Now they are using one capsule before lunch daily although the recommended dose is two daily and .....definitely there is reduction in joint pain and they are more active. This is a good option for vegetarian but yes keep in mind you may not get enough EPA. But still a good alternative. The capsules are easy to ingest. The packing is good. I recommend.
