I love these mints! I've repurchased them and will continue to use them. I read about the benefits of xylitol for oral health and decided to try these, trying to avoid sugary mints and to hopefully reap some of the benefits of xylitol. I get a very dry mouth at night, so I keep them on my bedside table and use them while trying to fall asleep or if I wake up with a dry mouth. I feel like they have helped a lot. They help to get my saliva flowing and zylitol is purportedly helpful in inhibiting plaque production. They're a little too expensive, but for me, the 2 bottles last a long time.

My dental hygienist recommended these mints to me. They are better than I expected. They taste great. They are sugar free which is a plus. They are suppose to help with dry mouth and kill off the bacteria in your mouth.Those are two health benefits that are good for me. They are easy to use. Just pop a mint in your mouth and let it dissolve. I keep some in my purse so when I am on the go and can’t brush then I let the mints kill the bacteria. I like the fact these mints came in a two pack. These are peppermint. And the flavor is good. It is not too strong either. Next, I want to try the cinnamon. The price was a little high, but it is worth it. If these mints kill off bacteria in your mouth, then it is worth every penny. I would recommend these mints to anyone.

I like these very much. There is no aftertaste whatsoever and the mint is not too strong! I enjoy them to strengthen my teeth and overall oral health.
