It actually tastes like Hawaiian Punch

This pre-workout works really well and gives a noticeable energy boost. It helps improve focus and performance during workouts, and you can usually feel it kick in after about 20–30 minutes. The tingling sensation lets you know it’s working, and it helps keep you alert and energized during training. The Hawaiian Punch flavor tastes good compared to other flavors I’ve tried, and it mixes easily with water without clumping.

The taste is a bit much (might be the Hawaiian Punch) and some powder doesn’t dissolve entirely when mixing in cold water but the energy is great and the workouts seem to be better with it.

Taste good, world great! You can make a whole 1/2 gallon on one serving and still good !

I got jacked in 4 weeks the only side effect is dehydration the caffeine helps me focus and gives me energy

I am a big fan of C4 Sport Pre Workout Powders, I've been using them for quite some time. Their products are very simple to use and I like their flavors

I'm actually a C4 fan. I know they don't have the best effective dose of certain substances, but it always wakes me up and helps my workouts. Though this one is the WORST tasting IMO.
