Great taste
It actually tastes like Hawaiian Punch

Great Energy boost and nice flavor
This pre-workout works really well and gives a noticeable energy boost. It helps improve focus and performance during workouts, and you can usually feel it kick in after about 20–30 minutes. The tingling sensation lets you know it’s working, and it helps keep you alert and energized during training. The Hawaiian Punch flavor tastes good compared to other flavors I’ve tried, and it mixes easily with water without clumping.

Packs a punch taste lacking
The taste is a bit much (might be the Hawaiian Punch) and some powder doesn’t dissolve entirely when mixing in cold water but the energy is great and the workouts seem to be better with it.

What more could you need?
Great pre workout! I got this for my boyfriend to help get him into the gym after workout so he can reach his goals and it works great! I used this before I got pregnant but couldn't while I was and then breastfeeding. If you need help getting to the gym (or even to start chores/run errands) this is great!
