This pre-workout works really well and gives a noticeable energy boost. It helps improve focus and performance during workouts, and you can usually feel it kick in after about 20–30 minutes. The tingling sensation lets you know it’s working, and it helps keep you alert and energized during training. The Hawaiian Punch flavor tastes good compared to other flavors I’ve tried, and it mixes easily with water without clumping.

C4 Sport gives a solid boost of energy and focus at a good price point, but the quality could be a bit better. I noticed tingling and slight jitters after taking it, though it fades once the workout starts.

I got jacked in 4 weeks the only side effect is dehydration the caffeine helps me focus and gives me energy

Love C4 but this flavor ain't it.
I'm actually a C4 fan. I know they don't have the best effective dose of certain substances, but it always wakes me up and helps my workouts. Though this one is the WORST tasting IMO.
