It made a big difference for my mother, she is 76, there was some static sometimes but she was able to work through it, like everything there is an adjustment period but she was able to get through it and it helped my mother and i finally have a much better experience when having conversations because she was able to hear me. Absolutely love these. I’m not having issues listening to the television at all high volume because of these. I can hear people talking clearly!!!

I really tried to give these hearing aids a fair chance. 1st They are hard to turn on the power button is same as volume, but i can live with that, From day 1 Everything sounds robotic, i thought i just needed to get used to them. After wearing consistent for almost a month, dealing with weird robotic sounds the right one made some weird crackle sound, died, and will not turn on at all anymore and the left has a consistent static robotic sound.I have tried all the troubleshooting nothing helps or fixes the issue. I wish i had not tried to give them a chance and returned them within the first few weeks, now its past the return windo and they are useless. Super unhappy. I tried to contact support but there was no way to connect them for help. Dont waste your money.

Great product and fast shipping

If you are musician and need hearing aids, I'm afraid you will need to spend more money and make sure it has an app and Bluetooth capability so you can adjust volume and other things so your instrument won't sound tinny. The small buds that go over the speaker part were still too big for my ear, but my left over Phonak buds fit the speaker and that has made a difference. There is a buzz that happens at a certain pitch and I'm at the minimum lower volume so I can't lower things anymore. These are louder in reception and could use more volume decrease. However, it's good to hear what people are saying to me. Words are not muddied. So, if you're not a musician, these are fine.

These simple hearing aids helped my mother immediately. Her hearing had declined significantly in two years as she approached 99. She was so pleased to clearly hear conversation and even turned the tv down. Bringing her for expensive evaluations and fittings was impractical. These were easy to slip over her ears and comfortable. So far, so good.

Sent them back they just weren’t for me. Really easy to return.

Having gone thru several cheaper amplifiers for my mother, we decided to spend a little more and get this one. So far, we are quite impressed. The fit and amplification is superior to the others we tried. The unit itself is smaller and the battery life is excellent - it goes all day. So far, very pleased with our choice.
