It is a shoe that has a lot of room in the toe box and is very comfortable. I purchased these shoes in my normal athletic shoe size and was fine (my athletic shoe size is a half-size larger than my dress shoe size). There is no rocker, but the shoe has a good amount of cushioning. I use them for my tempo runs and have been very happy. The white color might be hard to keep clean. But the three Adidas stripes are reflective so they will be visible in the dark when light hits them.
