Will this work to fix crack in aluminum transmission housing?

Probably not. It sealed some of the light cracks in my aluminum boat, but it did not work on the bigger ones(every time it cooled they cracked again).

Will this seal a hairline crack in a brass plumbing nipple?

I do not advise this due to the operating pressure. This is designed for low pressure applications like a refrigerator evaporator that operates approx 2 psi

Will this seal and hold freon pressure on a refrigerator aluminum chill plate (inside the frig)?

I didn't use this, my husband did & he said yes it will hold.

If you have a pinhole on the liquid side, and it is still under pressure, will this work? Or do we need to purge the system and/or have under vacuum?
