Very comfortable! I’m 27 weeks pregnant and it’s been amazing for between my legs. Love how thick it is. Good quality so far - the only downside is the inside has the small foam bits to washing the cover would be a pain, I just put a pillow case over it for ease of washing

I’ve owned several styles of leg pillows. This one is by far the best. Super comfortable and helps with my hip pain.

I am a side sleeper and need a knee pillow. I have tried the wedges and a lightweight version of a pillow with a crease down the middle. The last one that I tried was oversized and not firm. It looked like a regular pillow with a crease. When I put it between my knees, they touched..... I ordered one of these extra firm and thick knee pillows and find that it has what I need to keep my knees from aching at night. I do find the pillow to be too large for my application. I do not use it the long way and have my feet also separated. I turn it sideways and just use it for my knees. It takes up a lot of space. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to keep making this great knee pillow, but offer it in a smaller size that is more square so that it does not take up as much space in the bed.

Back pain or no back pain...that is the question! I recieved within 2 days opened packaged and started laughing, the pillow is literally the size of my entire lower half! It is extremely bulky, wieghted down! HOWEVER, AFTER THE FIRST USE, i was hooked! It seperates knees, hips, ankles and gives everything support! Know ive only used twice, BOTH times i woke up with some severe lower back pain! But i also mopped my jobs entire floor (deli) the night /day of each use, so i cant say its from.pillow, will continue to use and will change review IF i get a different outcome after continued use!

I am in love with this thing. It's fluffy, heavy, the right amt of firm and soft. I got this for a couple reasons, one was for my knees/back, but the other was that it was made w/the shredded/torn memory foam. I actually bought a bunch of those My Pillows (before that guy lost his mind) many years ago. They've held up great and always fluffy. Something I needed as I spend a lot of time in bed and got tired of pillows promising to stay firm to only go flat. The pillows were easy to fluff when needed. So I thought the same thing with this item. I put it on the top of my pillows to let it decompress. It wasn't til later I realized I was supporting my upper back, neck and head without feeling it. I've been using it as a back/neck support as well as between the knees from a back injury. It's large enough that I don't worry about it moving around and I can sleep w/o my ankles or feet touching. Weird I know, but those are now sensitive areas after breaking my feet, I know, broke one then the other two months later. But if you need a bit of extra support when reading or need to have that separation for hip/back pain, can't really go wrong with this one.

This product has such a bad chemical smell, my entire room smells from it. You cannot wash, dry or dry clean it, so not sure how to remove the smell. My only option was to return it. It did work but the smell makes it useless.

Getting a hip replacement at 39 years old sucks! But this pillow is glorious. What a shame I had to discover it after a surgery. I am so comfortable, pain free and can finally get some sleep. I wasted so much money on body pillows, weirdly shaped knee pillows and pregnancy pillows trying to get comfortable while side sleeping. Slapped a standard sized pillowcase on it since it doesn't have a removable cover and I'm good to go. Fluffed up in a few hours. Some chemical smell initially but it dissipated quickly. This deserves way more 5 star reviews than what its currently got, its a sleeper.
