Scalp seems sensitive after using as directed for one week. Anyone know why?

You are probably allergic to something in the product.

Where can I find a complete ingredient list?

I sent mine back because it left my hair greasy. However your question has been asked before so you can find it I'm the Q&A section of the product.

Watery it is not serum? Fake?

Yeap, I found this product to be a waste of my money. It is so watery that the bottle would only last 2 days if you apply it to the entire scalp.
