Healthy and tasty
It's healthy as it contains millets and other natural ingredients only. Cooks in lesser time and doesn't have preservatives. This small packet when cooked actually makes a lot of noodles all of which is worth the money spent. Better than the other instant noodles in the market which contain unhealthy ingredients
