Fall fair vibes
Phlur is one of my favorites. I have one perfume that I really enjoy. I have several body spays and have started to build a broad library of scents. I am pushing what I am into recently to just try out things outside of my normal go to scents. I am not a gourmand lover but I try to stay open to them. I do have more openess to fruity scents when it comes to sweets and I am usually turned off from caramel. My husband seems to hate vanilla and anything sweet or cloying even though he has the biggest sugar tooth known to humans. I am on a quest to find one he likes for fall and winter time. I honestly think this is the first time I have liked a caramel and I was really suprised. I have a mom friend that loves caramel so I was expecting if I didnโt like this one, I would gift her it. I actually donโt mind it. This smells like a confectionary shop when sprayed in the air and when tested on paper. On my skin it is the typical popcorn but there is a sandlewood to it and it is a brown sugar too. It is like a caramel corn meets leather on my skin which is really odd. I am trying it on a cooler day for the area, and it isnโt so hot that it ruins the vibe. I donโt think my husband will like this as usual, but I think he may not hate it on me in fall. If I plan it around going to the pumpkin and apple farms, I think he will not mind because it does sort of mellow out on me to a musky sandlewoodโฆbut with sugar. Really an odd chemistry for my skin. I feel this is very juvenile, but also just strangely not bad either. I do really like this off my skin, but not at all in my hair. The scent is very decent for the price. I think the mists are a great bottle size. The spray isnโt as alcohol blast heavy as some of the mists. It doesn't leak, and is pretty decent longevity. It is warm, and I can layer it to force it into a more rich non sugar place with other oils I have that are more woody and more deep. This actually worked really well with one of my floral hand soaps which is the weirdest combination. It actually smells like being at the fair by the floral competition. I won't consider this something I would use to layer. The versatility is limited but it is a nice fall scent.

Warm Caramel Vanilla Body Mist with a Soft Musky Skin-Scent Dry-Down
PHLUR Caramel Skin is a warm, sweet hair and body mist that works best if you like cozy gourmand scents. It has that soft caramel-vanilla direction, but the bergamot, sandalwood, and musk help keep it from smelling like straight candy. The caramel is the main attraction. It gives the mist a warm, dessert-like sweetness that feels comforting and easy to wear. The vanilla adds creaminess, while the musk gives it more of a skin-scent finish instead of making it feel like a heavy bakery fragrance. The bergamot is useful because it gives the opening a little brightness. Without that, this could easily become too thick or sugary. The sandalwood also helps smooth out the dry-down and gives the scent a softer, warmer base. This is still a body mist, so expectations matter. It is not as strong or long-lasting as a full Eau de Parfum. The scent is most noticeable at first, then settles closer to the skin. I would plan to reapply if I wanted it noticeable throughout the day. The hair and body format is convenient. I like this kind of mist for layering with lotion, spraying after a shower, refreshing during the day, or adding warmth under another vanilla, amber, or sandalwood fragrance. The 3 fl oz size is practical for regular use without being too bulky. It works well on a vanity, in a bag, or as an easy everyday fragrance. Value for money depends on expectations. It costs more than many basic body sprays, but the scent feels smoother and more intentional than a typical caramel mist. Overall, Caramel Skin is a soft, warm, sweet gourmand body mist with a cozy caramel-vanilla feel and a smooth musky dry-down. I would recommend it for anyone who likes sweet skin scents, layering fragrances, and warm everyday gourmands.

As a caramel enjoyer, this is it
TLDR: Wow, that is a lot of caramel up front. It smells like the caramel on ice cream or a salted caramel flavored ice cream. - The package I received was just the scent. - For the amount of potential sprays, there is a lot of value for money, if you enjoy smelling like caramel. - The scent is essentially caramel in any form. At first, I smelled it as a liquid from baking sugar, then it became like a solid candy, and finally I smelled a salted caramel ice cream flavor. I enjoy these things, so this scent is very pleasant to me. - My girlfriend says that she won't wear it until the winter time, since "that is when the fall flavors are appropriate," whatever that is supposed to mean. I would say that this scent has a place whenever you have it around, without a seasonal prerequisite. - The complimenting tones claimed are very hard, if not impossible, to distinguish from the overwhelming amount of caramel. If you are wanting a balanced mixture, at least to my nose, it would be better to look elsewhere. If you are very fond of caramel, this is it, grab this one.

Warm, Cozy, and Absolutely Delicious
PHLUR has quickly become one of my favorite fragrance brands, and Caramel Skin is another scent that completely won me over. If you love warm, cozy, gourmand fragrances that aren't overly sugary, this one is definitely worth trying. The scent opens with a subtle brightness from the bergamot before melting into a rich blend of creamy caramel, soft vanilla, sandalwood, and musk. The result is a fragrance that feels warm, comforting, and sophisticated rather than smelling like straight candy. It has that "your skin but sweeter" quality that makes it incredibly easy to wear. I love that this is a hair and body mist because it allows for a lighter application while still leaving a noticeable scent. It's perfect on its own for everyday wear, but it also layers beautifully with other vanilla, amber, or gourmand perfumes if you like creating your own fragrance combinations. The mist sprays evenly, and the bottle is simple and attractive. I also appreciate that the fragrance isn't overwhelming. It creates a soft scent bubble that feels inviting and cozy without becoming too heavy. If you're already a fan of PHLUR, this is another fantastic addition to their lineup. If you're new to the brand, I think it's a wonderful introduction to their style of modern, wearable fragrances. Overall, I absolutely love this one. It's warm, creamy, comforting, and effortlessly beautiful. I've reached for it again and again, and it's easily become one of my favorite body mists. I would happily recommend it to anyone who loves cozy caramel and vanilla fragrances with a sophisticated twist.

A true ultra sweet gourmand for cool weather
Phlur Caramel Skin Fragrance Mist arrived in the brand's signature bottle, embossed cap, cute tinted bottle with rounded edges, real feminine presentation. I sprayed it in the middle of summer and first thought is nope, not for hot weather. If you aren't a ride-or-die gourmand fan, this scent has a few specific traits that can quickly push it into sickening territory. The warm milk and caramel notes give it a very dense, heavy texture. It doesn't have the airy fluffiness of a light vanilla; it feels thick, rich, and intensely sweet right from the first spray. While there is a tiny bit of bergamot listed in the top notes to try and balance things out, it burns off almost instantly. What I'm left with is an un-apologetic, hyper-sweet wave of brown sugar and caramel that dominates the entire wear. Because it's a body mist, it lacks the complex, evolving transitions of a fine perfume. It stays pretty linear, meaning that heavy, sugary-sweet profile sits on skin for the first hour and then fades into the background becoming a skin scent. Not for summer heat, much too sweet for that and can easily cross into the B.O territory without warning. If your gut reaction to heavy sweets is hesitation, this one is a massive gamble. It is a very loud, very sweet, food-like gourmand that makes no effort to hide its sugar content. I'll revisit in the cooler months when I'm sure it'll be perfect for layering. 3 fl Oz size is incredibly generous and while it's considered a travel size spray, these smaller bottles (as opposed to 8 fl Oz) last me a long while normally. Great value for money. Everyday, casual territory that's made with clean, skin-safe ingredients in the USA.
