After moving to a new apartment, I wanted to keep an eye on things inside my new home. I started my search for a security camera. I wanted something that was small, could operate without being tethered to a dedicated power source, wasn't dependent on a Wi-Fi network, high-resolution sensor with night vision capability, support for microSD memory cards, and it had to be cheap. I figured I would have to compromise on my wish list items, but I was wrong.While browsing through the many security cameras on Amazon, I came across this little gem. It checked all my requirements, and then some. This camera has:- Rechargeable battery for untethered operation when needed- 2K/4K video resolution- Automatic IR night mode- Wi-Fi capability- Motion detection- MicroSD memory card slot- Cloud storage option if neededAfter using it for the last week, I can state that it is undoubtedly the best security camera I have ever owned. It's very light its small size allows it to be placed almost anywhere in a room. Setup and configuration were a breeze, the battery life is phenomenal, the companion app is easy to use and is actually useful, and the video quality is excellent.Motion detection can be on full time or can be scheduled, and motion sensitivity is adjustable. But the most impressive feature I found is that the camera doesn't light up like a Christmas tree when it is powered up. Every other camera I've used required small pieces of electrical tape to cover all the embedded LEDs that light up the camera like a neon sign.Note that there is no pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) functionality in this camera, so it may work for everyone. But it is a tiny, lightweight, reliable and highly versatile security camera at a great price point. Easy to setup, easy to use and easy to mount. Highly recommended

Best cam I own. The battery life is excellent and the picture quality is great. A lot of these cams are nice but the apps are horrible but the app for this camera is very easy to use and simple to set up. I would highly recommend! If you're looking for a camera that's small, reliable, and good quality, this is it!

1st off I must let you know I am not being paid for this review it is an honest review from a customer who purchased these cameras "not for review" but for a legitimate monitoring reason.I ordered 4 cameras total 2 from this account & 2 from my wife's account to install 2 at my handicap mother's house to keep an eye on her & the other 2 were going to be used in my place of business "my shop"The 2 that I installed at my mom's house worked perfectly fine however the 2 I installed at my shop "seperate order" are not working properly & I need to replace them. 1 of them has about a 15-20 second Latency problem & the 2nd one has a huge black blur spot in the lense causing it to look as if there is a shadow there when there is not.I really like the cameras as for the price of 2 coming in at just at 43 dollars shipped is a good deal for affordable surveillance.The other problem we had was not with the cameras themselfs but the app. After I installed 1 camera at my moms under her account "in the app" we joined accounts threw the "friends section" giving me access "threw the app on my phone" to see her 1st camera & it worked flawlessly. Once I connected the 2nd camera it was showing up for my mom on her account however it would not show up on the shared friends section in my account. So we deleted the friends hoping that it would fix the problem if we deleted the "sharing with friends" account access and then redo the "sharing with friends" however this time with both cameras hooked up & running when going to the link "share with friends" the button to click on to input the email address in order to share with friends no longer existed in either her account in the app in her phone or mine. Even resetting the cameras & deleting & re-installing the apps & starting all over from scratch wouldn't fix the problem either so there is definantly a glitch/bugs in the app that needs to be fixed.However if you do not plan to "share with friends" and your just wanting them for your situation & don't plan on giving anyone else access to see them then they will work just fine. Or perhaps connext all of the cameras 1st before ever going to sharing with friends 🤔.The other thing we were confused about was the cloud service we were going to buy the cloud service however it seems as if you have to purchase cloud service for each camera individually, I'm not 100% sure because we didn't wanna buy it & then have to pay for 2 cloud services when they should both show up under the same cloud service.I do like the cameras however it's these little bugs & glitches that make things hard to work with espically when you purchase them for specific marketed features & those features they sell you on are the features containing the bugs & problems.It would be great to see an update to the app fixing all of these problems & it would also be nice if they would gonnect to 4G & 5G as well.With this being said I may just send these 2 back & purchase the lte version which is double the price as I've paid. I've seen them anywhere from 45 up to 100 dollars so I guess it will depend on who's selling them however to have the ease of mind knowing that it's always going to work because it's running on an 4G LTE sim puts a peace in mind just knowing that even if the internet or wifi begun to act up at least we would still be able to see the cameras vie LTE network.

These work great to alert me of anything moving on my screen porch and on my car port. They are out of any weather or direct sunlight. They would be great indoors to monitor children, pets, or nanny

This tiny surveillance camera is awesome. You can either mount it or just place it anywhere in your house. Just download the app on your phone and follow the instructions. Very easy to use. The image is clear, and you can view them wirelessly in real time on your phone. You have the option to add several of these little bad boys on the app, which means, you can have a view of different room in your house. You can go on set up for each individual camera and change them the way you like. You can switch to motion detection, and get notifications on your phone, once movement is detected. You can name each camera separately, such as "Livingroom, bedroom, etc...and get a view of each room. The only problem might be the battery life. Although it is said that it will last 100 days, mine within 3 days went down to 50%. But I found a way to control this problem. It does not say so in the manual instructions, but I found out the camera can be charged while operating. So, I bought a power bank for each camera and charge them while they're being live. I will encourage everyone to buy these cameras. There is a subscription for a cloud storage, but you can decline it and save your image straight to an SD card.

Small and discreet making it easy to hide. Picture quality is good but not amazing, I wouldn't expect a clear pic at a distance but great for a room or smaller area. Can't sneak by the sensor and always catch anyone who walks in my room.
