I purchased this Calvin Klein perfume without knowing what it smelled like but I do enjoy this scent. It is a clean scent that lingers with you all day. A very fresh smell and I liked the bottle cover for this scent.

Ich bin mit dem originalen CK One aufgewachsen, aber das neue CK One Essence Parfum Intense hebt das Ganze auf ein völlig neues Level. Wer den frischen Vibe des Originals liebt, aber bisher von der Haltbarkeit enttäuscht war, wird hier fündig. Das sind meine Eindrücke: Der Duft: Er behält die DNA des Originals bei – diese unverwechselbare, saubere Frische –, ist aber deutlich vielschichtiger und hochwertiger. Man merkt die intensiveren Noten von grünem Tee und spritziger Bergamotte sofort. Er wirkt erwachsener und edler. Haltbarkeit & Sillage: Das ist der größte Pluspunkt! Während das klassische EdT oft nach ein paar Stunden verflogen ist, hält das Essence bei mir locker den ganzen Arbeitstag. Die Projektion ist spürbar stärker, ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Echt Unisex: Der Duft ist perfekt ausbalanciert. Er ist weder zu feminin noch zu maskulin – er riecht einfach nach Frische, Energie und Klasse. Er funktioniert im Büro genauso gut wie beim Ausgehen oder im Fitnessstudio. Flakon: Das Design bleibt minimalistisch und ikonisch, passt aber durch das leicht dunklere Finish perfekt zum "Intense"-Charakter. Fazit: Calvin Klein hat es geschafft, eine Legende perfekt zu modernisieren. Die Qualität der Inhaltsstoffe und die deutlich verbesserte Performance machen dieses Parfum zu einem neuen Standard in meiner Sammlung. Ein absoluter Allrounder für jede Jahreszeit! Ein kleiner Tipp zur Entfaltung: Da es ein Parfum Intense ist, reichen schon 2 bis 3 Sprüher völlig aus. Ich trage es gerne direkt auf die Haut an den Halsschlagadern auf, da die Körperwärme die tieferen Basisnoten über den Tag hinweg wunderbar freisetzt.

Perfume, like jewellery, is very personal. I can't review whether you'll like it. It's quite a light scent, with a more masculine overtone. It's not a flowery, citrus scent that wox be universally loved by women. However, it's not a scent that you think "why's that woman wearing aftershave?!" I'd say it was a younger person's scent, maybe 20-50 years old, so the age-range is quite broad. It's got a lightness about it, ideal for everyday use, but maybe not for evenings out. It continues to make you feel clean, even after a few hours; it's got that freshness about it. It's longevity is really good, but it quickly dies down when you spray it, so it's not overwhelming for you. However, I've picked a jacket up, and get a noticeable whaft of it from previous applications. I bought this on offer, so it represented excellent value for money. I would be very tempted to buy it at full price, in the future, though.
