Blown away! Super impressive machine!
Ok so I had a kitchen aid and the motor started going after using it monthly for 7 years. I didnโt want to break the bank on another expensive machine so my search began. I settled on this machine based on watts, size of bowl, and weight. I was super skeptical on the performance this machine would deliver. Let me tell you I was blown away. I make bread every few weeks and freeze it. I usually make about 5lb. This machine killed it (in a good way). It mixed the dough with ease in a matter of minutes. No sweat, no shaking, like a peace of cake. Oh and the cover with an open close window is absolutely a genius!! Why did I not know about this powerful, easy to clean, lightweight, cheap machine earlier?!?!? If you want a budget friendly mixer donโt waste your time and money. This machine is so reliable I highly recommend!!! Happy baking:)

Great Mixer - Some tips on use...
I've had this mixer since 2021. That's also the last year I bought bread from a store (outside of sourdough, but finally figured that out last year...). It makes making bread go so much faster (I did it by hand before). And it can handle heavy dough. I make a honey wheat dough that is heavy! (Makes 2 loaves and 6 dinner rolls) Mixer gets it through about 95% of the process. I have to pull it out and kind of knead for a minute after because it tries to climb out of the bowl at that point. To speed up the process between batches (I usually do several doughs in one day) I bought an extra bowl and crank drive. Anyway, I love this mixer. I want to address the common issues in the bad reviews. -SLIDING DOUGH/STICKING TO HOOK- there is a learning curve when it comes to order of operations. The FIRST time I used it, I had the sliding problem since I added the dry ingredients first and then added wet to them. Seems to work best by putting in the wet ingredients first and then the dry (half a cup at a time). And then speeding up the paddle as the dough gets thicker to kind of 'fling' it off the hook for kneading. If it's going too slow, it will just spin on the hook. Additionally, if there is too much flour, it will slide because there is no friction. I've been able to adjust by adding a few drops of water. -COOKIES - yeah, I don't really use it for cookies that often. But it would be best to use the dough hook for cookie dough. The cookie paddles can't handle it. Maybe if they were metal instead of plastic and just smaller versions of the dough hooks...but alas.... -SMALL BATCHES - it doesn't do well with small batches (like one loaf of bread). This isn't a problem for me since I'm not going to pull out a mixer and make one loaf of bread. For loose mix like cake, batters, pie filling, the bowl scraper attachment is genius. -OVERHEATING - Have NOT had this issue. Even with my heaviest dough. I run it about 15-20min during the process. It might just be the luck of the draw on that one. -PARTS THAT BREAK - I haven't had any breaking parts. But that's because I read the bad reviews before I bought it. The whip drive I have is metal, not the plastic one. I don't use the cookie paddles at all. The whisk paddles should be used with whisking things (cream, eggs, butter...). No issues with the cake paddles. I have a back up crank drive since I've seen that those break, but the original one is still going strong. CLEANING - as this was my first mixer, the cleaning process seems fine to me. But I hear the KA mixer is easier. Hot water, soap, a straw brush (The ridges in the bow) and it's clean for me.

Best investment for a bread baker
This machine is strong! It can mix up to 5lbs of dough but I usually made only 3 lbs dough enough for 2 big baguettes. I tried to use this machine to make mochi but the texture of the mochi was not smooth. Maybe I didnโt sprinkle enough hot water? But always succeeded with making baguette .

Makes my mixing easier and less time!
Nice large capacity bowl. easy to use. I love being able to add ingredients without having to lift bowl up and down when mixing. I can easily mix 2 loaves of sourdough bread in it. Triple batches of cookies etc. Very powerful as it takes much less time to mix: Easy to remover my mixes and clean. It is a bit noisy. I have only had it for 3 months, so hopefully it will last a long time.

Great deal
This is a great and affordable mixer. We have the ice cream attachment and love it! The only down falls we've experienced so far is if you turn it up to 3 (and assume higher) it wobbles. It doesn't necessarily move but it's not study and stay in place. It's slightly noisy. That said, it's durability is mediocre; I've owned it for about 4 years. Lastly and most importantly, you NEED to take it apart to clean it!! Recently I've seen they have a metal bowl and additional attachments, which we will purchase. The recipe i use calls for 7 cups of flour and the bowl size handles that fine. It mixes well. I love that it is white, sleek, and easy to store.

Very efficient mixer
Iโm graduating from a hand mixer and hand kneading because my hands are old. This machine is so nice because it doesnโt drift on the counter, the flour stays in the bowl and you can add ingredients as itโs going. The clear lid and door let you see what you are doing. It has a quiet hum. The dough hooks kneaded my rye bread to perfection. Itโs easy to assemble and clean. The NutriMill was very reasonably priced and I hope to use it for many years. It has a place of honor on my kitchen counter.

Disappointed ๐
When unboxing my Nurtimill Artiste Stand Mixer, sesame seeds fell out of the bag the whisks were wrapped in. I immediately suspected the mixer was a returned item. I contacted Customer Service and was offered a $50 coupon for future purchases. I donโt want a $50 coupon! I paid over $300 for this stand mixer. I want what I paid for; a stand mixer that works. I have videos of the mixer making a terrible screeching/whistling noise as it is mixing. The mixing speed didnโt make any difference in abating the sound. Obvious it was returned for that exact reason, then repackaged and sold to me. The mixer really struggled in kneading 4 cups of flour and one cup of water during my autolyse. I am sooo disappointed ๐, because the bowl size is exactly what I wanted, and the footprint of the mixer allows for versatility in my kitchen. But Whereโs the integrity when you canโt expect to get what you paid for. The seller needs to do what is morally right, and replace this mixer.

Great mixer
This mixer is awesome! Eady to use. Mixes large batches of dough without a problem. I make bread and it does the kneading for me. Very stable, stays in place. No scooting across counter. The bowl is a sturdy plastic. Not too heavy. Beaters are excellent. The do their job well. Its easy to clean up, too. Love the lid. Keeps things in the bowl. The noise level is just like any mixer. I did have a problem with the metal stem and I reached out to the company. They were awesome! They sent me a brand new stem and bowl without question. Great customer service!

You get your โdoughsโ worth with this NutriMill
My wife loves it to make bread. We had a Kitchen Aid fixed head , which worked well, but the dough paddle in the NutriMill mixed it much better, especially small batches. Powerful motor. Purchased the cookie, cake paddles and bowl scraper separately and have not used it, but expect great results. Highly recommend

Best bread dough mixer without breaking the bank!
I waited to review this until I used it. I've had it for a few months now and made a lot of different breads! I live this machine... still worried that the paddles are plastic but so far so good and MUCH less expensive than their counterpart. The suction cups on the bottom are super strong... it takes a bit to figure out how to break the suction to move it. Highly recommend this one

Lid covering top when adding ingredients
It works great and I love the cover over the top to prevent flour from flying around the counter when added. The different blades are wonderful and really help to make your bread or cookies and cakes perfectly!

very easy to use
The lid opens up so you can add ingredients. It is easy to clean and nice looking. It is compact and takes up a little space on the counter. Runs quietly. You can pulse it. You can buy cake paddles and cookie paddles extra.
