What is the difference between the Stylo and the Pulaman?

One has the ability to be refilled. The Pulaman is more like the old white bodied Pentel Fountain Pen so its lines are classic I guess you could say. The tips are relatively the same in both however and give great control on line widths. Cost would be the deciding factor for which one I would purchase. I own both and are satisfided with them.
