Damaged vacuum seal
The product arrived on time and looked great. But from the first use the cooling element didn't work. I did the vacuum seal test and found that it was damaged. So it was a pretty tumbler with no use. Very disappointing considering this was my second order for a Hydro flask and both came damaged.

Me encanto, buen precio respecto calidad, el color es precioso, mantiene bastante bien los hielos. Lo que más me gusta respecto a otros termos, es que el popote es separable, para lavarse muy bien y evitar humedad. Fácil de limpiar y trasportar.

Better than the top leading brands at a fraction of the price!
It’s truly better than the leading top brands at a reasonable price, holds ice overnight, 10 hours later my drink was cold, 100% leak proof, fits perfectly in my car holder, color is beautiful, was highly impressed I purchased more from this brand.

Simple design, best for home use
Easy cleaning makes up for slightly less cold retention. I bought this after the lid of my Simple Modern tumbler exploded and I realized how gross it was. I love how easy it is to clean this one! I put only ice water in it and cubes can last up to 5 hours, stays cool 8 hrs or more depending on room temp. (In Texas). I enjoy the simplicity and it serves its purpose, I mainly use this in the house and in car to run errands. I would buy this one again, for that purpose. HydroFlask does sell replacement straws, so hopefully this will last for a long time. I do drop it fairly frequently and it’s not spill proof, so just understand what you’re getting. I would recommend an actual flask type with a spill proof feature for hiking or exercise, this one will get you wet!
