I am writing this after perhaps 1.5 years of discontinuing it. When I joined gym my weight was 51 kg at 5’11 height. I thought reading these reviews that these mass gai ers must be be effective, and even a research oriented person simply WASNT WARNED.These horrible mass gainers are USELESS, that awful taste they have is of no use, u can gain just as much if u eat 3 meals to full appetite plus to fill calories u can go for dairy like 600 ml of milk, yogurt ( lAssi form) in morning evening n ull gain just as much WITHOUT the price2) advice - use ANY CALORIE tracker app n it takes 5 mins. They will tell if ur calories are enough for weight gain or not3) these fraudster companies dont want to tell u that they use milk solids in product to give calories which is SIMPLY MILK. Fresh milk is better than dried out milk right?4) these mass gainers are frauds coz they say NO SUGAR, but most use a sugars brother like maltodextrin which i bet NO ONE KNOWS that its just as bad for teeth as regular sugar. I developed gum disease after 1.5 yrs of having thesen n had a 11000 rs procedure, curetage was it i think.NO ONE EXCEPT the dentists know abt these NO SUGAR products that use a scientific name fr sugar’s brother are JUST AS BAD As sugar. I thought since i nvr had sugar i must be fine but NO.Its ALL a money making FRAUD, track ur calories via app n ull see weight gain without these CRIMINAL companies’ help. I figure ill write it to make one aware of people like me, who started out n dont know abt scientific things like maltodextrin, sucrose etc etc. these companies deserve to be sued.
