Is this a FULL SIZE mouse, or is it of the smaller "mobile" variant?

Yes, it's actually slightly larger than many traditional wired full size mice that I've had. It's easily twice as large as an M325 travel mouse and even larger than my full size M310. I have big hands and this fits very comfortably. The people saying it's not full size must be comparing it to some kind of monster gaming mouse or something.

Will this work with Windows 10?

I've used mine with a Toshiba Satellite C55-C and Windows 10 home for 9 months. The mouse is completely functional, with a working scroll wheel and forward/back button. I leave the USB dongle plugged in 24/7, so I don't know what happens if you unplug/plug it routinely. Updating driver software is probably necessary as well.

It will only cross talk and interfere when you are running the setup. It will not pair up the receiver if ANY other wireless Logitech device is within 50 feet and turned on and plugged in to a computer or pad. So you have to shut down (or unplug) all other nearby running devices to pair up the mice and wireless keyboards you want to pair with a particular receiver. Once that is done you can plug the others back in and they will never interfere. You do not have to redo the pairing later when you boot off the system or unplug the receiver. It will stay paired until you deliberately unpair it. So that is something to remember if the mouse won't pair: there is almost always another mouse running somewhere close by that is causing this. Maybe even in the apartment next door through your walls.

A tad expensive, but worth the buy

The M510 is the third wireless logitech mouse i have bought, and it has not disappointed. This mouse is accurate, it works on pretty much any surface, and the design would fit both right and left handed persons. However, the two additional buttons will not be comfortable enough to use for a leftie. The nano receiver doesn't bother me at all, and is hardly noticeable when plugged into my laptop's USB port. Only downside is its size, which many laptop users may not prefer.

Great mouse!

I like the fact that you can put two batteries (in parallel, not series!) so while doubling 'battery life', it also adds heft. I'm a heavy user of Pro-Engineer CAD software, and a little extra weight is helpful for steady movement during design. Great resolution on the cursor movement. Connects almost instantly when turned on, so no delays there. I don't use the two short-cut buttons much. The little receiver tucks completely into the mouse under the battery cover, so it is unlikely to get lost - unlike mouse-designs where the receivers snaps in magnetically.
