This is a super product and costs much much less than the competitors in India. I have been searching for this in India for a log time. The surface texture is grippy. The rubber is quite hard but not very hard. It is quite tough to get it on a bar and remove it. But that is to be expected soft rubber would make it squishy. You would need large hands for this so you cannot use it for all. For 25 mm rod it fits snug and for 28 mm rod there is a small gap...but that should not worry us too much. Color is black , maybe a brighter color would have been nicer. Also it would be great to have a smaller size one for beginners. Also globe kind grip would be welcome.

Near perfect product except for when used on a full size Olympic bar. Doesn't fully cover the bar and leaves around 2/3rd inch of the bar uncovered. You can adjust the grip around and make it seem normal. Besides that, it excellent. Proper grip and pattern. Thickness and ease of use. Rapidly increased my grip strength. (Note - Increase in grip strength depends on method and intervals in usage)

Yesterday only I received this product, Today morning I used it in Gym. Pros: 1. The quality is very nice. 2. No fouling smell of Rubber. 3. Sturdiness while using with Dumbbells. Cons: 1. You have to invest your time to put it around the Barbell or Dumbbell. 2. Eats up time in between sets. (This might be because it is new, let's see after a weeks use I might conclude about it.) Conclusion: This one accessory is a must in your Gym Bag which will help u gain big forearms and Biceps. "Must Buy Guys"

It has been months since i bought these grips....but decided to review them so that the buyers know what they are going to deal with... Pros:- 1) it definitely takes your grip strenght to a different level Cons:- 1) the material is very very hard....which makes it very difficult to put onn on dumbells or barbells 2) you may damage your finger joints trying to put themm onn 3) you may not use them anymore once you realise how tough it is... *HONEST REVIEW*

thick bar training with this big grip and it works update 2018: product i buy this in 2016 is still good and study for use.after two years of using this my foreman size and grip strength has increased greatly. it is hard to open and put on barbell and removing is very hard too at first.but it becomes easy after few months of use.you get used to putting it on and removing it from barbell.now i am ordering some for my gym mates.

Quality is pretty good and its very sturdy but its also pretty big.

This is the Indian version of fat grips and is one great product. Definitely worth the money, comparing it to the original fat grips which costs around 4-5k. Yes, it's a little difficult to put on a bar or an Olympic bar. But cmon, you can't get everything in this price! (and the arm pump you get using this is insane!!!! )

Go and buy fatz Grip and waste 3k 😅 Bro this is 500 rupaye grip and good for the workout. Gives good tension to your forearm and biceps contraction. A bit hard to fit but just a little technique and it will be fitted easily. It's rubber made so non slippery, looks bland but then you don't have stare it with your 👅 out, right😅 So you are saving 1000...2500 here by buying this one from USI. Recommended product 👍
