Edit: Despite not being impressed at first, I've been using this to clean more things and it's been great. It won't cause paint to wash away, I used it to clean out the fan duct in my bathroom and can blast away rust. It's like having a strong hose that doesn't leave behind much water and since it's hot it kills off bacteria. So I used this to tackle the grime and crud and then use a light spray of lysol to finish. The new trick I learned is that you can make it to constantly make new steam by letting it cook up to the point the heating element is about to turn off and then go ahead and use it. It causes it to constantly heat the water until you stop or need to refill. Old post: To me this is basically a kettle that pushes out very hot steam with a plastic body. I think with some refining to the heating element (it's pretty loud when heating the water), the ability to control steam temp (it's 325⁰ steam or nothing), and more durable thought out pieces on the outside of the device so that you can roll up the electric cord and put the hose wand with tube's in a holder instead of having to set them else where this could be a solid device. Two things you should know. With the floor mop attachment you want to use the provided rag (or others lying around the house which is a nice bonus) and clamp the rag around the bristles as using the bristles directly on a wood floor = now I need to restain my floor due to direct 325⁰ steam being blasted on the floor. Next I did read the handbook and common sense tells you when somethings very cold and suddenly gets direct hot steam on it, depending on the material your working on it can suddenly crack. Like a window... don't use it to clean your windows in winter. Personally, I have an old shark steam mop that you have to manually pump to get it to steam. It works very well on cleaning my hardwood floors and it's steam is much cooler than this one so it's safer and lasts much longer (can produce enough steam to mop multiple rooms). This machine might produce more steam if I left it to heat longer but im not sure if it turns off tbe heating element once the light goes off (I havent used it long enough to know otherwise). It doesnt seem to constantly heat the water as you use it. I think once it drops below a certian pressure thats when it kicks on the heating element but usually I only get about 30 seconds of use before I have to wait again for more steam. Since I have it now I'll keep it as I'm sure I can find uses for it but tbh I'd wait a few years for tbe market to mature or spend more money on a device with more features and capabilities.

So I’m too busy 99% of the time to review anything but this steam cleaner is by far the best cleaning product I’ve bought in I don’t know how long!! It’s easy to use, comes with great instructions and when I tell you my house hasn’t been this clean EVER! I spent 10 hours the day I got it just cleaning and this thing took off every kid hand print, dog nose smudge and various grim. I couldn’t believe it! It’s light weight, comes with every attachment you need and I love how much water it holds. Also it rolling behind you when you walk around is an added bonus. It’s WORTH IT!

Two years ago we replaced our old shower/tub unit with a tiled shower which we just love. Since then we have been on the search for the best cleaning method to remove the mold and mildew that likes to grow on the grout. Some cleaning products have to be left on the surface for about 30 minutes to work. And then it doesn’t remove all of the stain. Finding something with the least smell due to my sensitivity since sinus surgery has also been a challenge. We have been diligently working to find the best routine before it gets out of control. Then we read about steam cleaners. After reading several articles and reviews we chose this one. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. It has a long cord and a wide variety of attachments. It also has a way of controlling the pressure. Our first attempt at cleaning the shower was a game changer. Keep in mind that mold and mildew are not easy to remove. After steaming the grout lines we could see a noticeable difference but not completely removed. My wife got the idea to steam, then clean, then steam again. Steamed the grout lines using a nylon brush attachment. Then used our product of choice with a battery powered scrub brush. Then another round of steam. When we rinsed the wall we couldn’t believe the results! Going forward we think that regular steaming will keep the mold and mildew away and using a cleaner will not be necessary every time. Great product. We can’t wait to see what else we can do with it!

All in all, I really like this steam cleaner. It has a large water capacity, great steam power, and the trigger lock makes it so much easier to use without straining my hand. It’s versatile enough that I find myself steaming everything from floors to grout to upholstery. Where it could improve is in the accessories. The included fill cup is too small — it only holds about a third of the tank, so filling takes several rounds. And some of the brush attachments don’t hold up well, with bristles melting during normal use. Even with those flaws, the main unit itself works very well and delivers great value. I’d rate it highly overall, but with clear room for improvement in the small details.

DO NOT recommend. I’ve had 3 other steam cleaners- I knew what to expect- bought this one because it had the best reviews. I’m not sure why- absolutely no pressure, just this small puff of steam. I was please with the bag to hold the attachments and it seemed pretty well made until I turned it on. Compared to previous cleaners especially- this did nothing for grout or cleaning my showers. I tried more than 1 head thinking maybe it was that but it wasn’t. . Dumped SO much water with each start- there is no way to hold the head or position to eliminate this. Also- had a strong burning plastic or hot oil smell that didn’t go away. So I returned it- not only was I not able to get the cleaning I wanted to before the holidays. I ask that my refund just go in my Amazon acct because I need a steamer- once refunded I’ll just buy another one. Now I see that looks like my refund will arrive sometime around 12/07- that’s 18 days guys! Sure glad I didn’t ask that it be returned to my debit card. Probably would have been next year. I’ve never had an issue like this with an Amazon purchase- super disappointed.

Pros: for the money, that is the value for money, this appliance does a good job. It isn't too heavy, the size makes it easily transportable from room to room or up and down stairs, and does not take too long to produce steam. The noise level and smell of the product when working are more than satisfactory unless there is an odor with the water being used. I have not experienced any water leakage with this steamer. Con: Not that this is a con, but really more of a preference: it would be wise to ensure products such as this that are mailed to Korea, Europe, Middle East, etc. are either dual voltage or have some sort of caution note to prevent damage to the equipment as some consumers may unintentionally damage the equipment if plugged into the wrong outlet.

I bought this specifically to clean my grout lines on my floor. It worked great. I used the 2 wand extensions and the stainless steel scrub head to get the job done. It also comes with an additional stainless steel scrub head of a larger size, nylon scrub heads, a steam mop head, and a squeegee head. It also comes with a storage pouch to hold everything. Use was very simple. Just add water to the 1.5 L tank using the provided funnel and measuring cup, wait 5-10 minutes for the system to heat up, then you're ready to go. It puts out plenty of steam. I was using it for about half an hour, and still had about a half tank of water left. Size isn't too bulky or heavy, has plenty of cord, and looks good.

This steam cleaner gets deep down dirt out. It's hot enough to really get in there pull it out and dry quickly so you're not left with wet slippery floors. With having the bristles on there even through the mat it helps clean the grout better than the flat scrubby cleaners. And all the different bristles are wonderful for being able to clean all the crevices around the toilets and tubs and really feel everything is clean and sanitized. It also has the metal bristles which are great for cleaning the grill and other things outside as well. Would highly recommend getting this! Its absolutely wonderful and has a larger tank than my previous one and is so light and easy to use.

I've waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to check that this product would still be performing months later. Having owned - and used - this now for 8 months, I feel ready to give an honest review of the product. This is a fantastic piece of kit. I bought this to replace my previous steam mop, which I had been happy with. This steam cleaner, however, is on a different level. The unit has a fairly big tank (over a litre of water) and the steam is a lot more powerful. You can adjust the level of steam required, depending on your needs (this took me a while to realise ... there is a small dial near the handle - see pic 1). It comes with a lot of different attachments for nearly any cleaning requirement and the different attachments are easy to swap out (see pic 2). I use this to clean pretty much everything in my house, from the bathrooms and shower doors, through to windows, kittchen cupboards and floors. The floor mop pad is quick release, so you don't even have to touch it. It did an amazing job of cleaning the grout in my hallway and kitchen, with very little effort. If I can find the video I took, I'll upload it. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

Die Fugen und Fliesen strahlen wieder, gerade im Bereich vor dem Herd und auch im Bad. Bin begeistert. Alles was neu besorgt werden sind die Bürsten, aber das war mir vor dem Kauf bereits bewusst. 4 Monate späte: Das Gerät ist immer noch top, ABER!!!!!!...... Man kann keine Ersatzteile nachbestellen. Wird vom Hersteller nicht angeboten und ihm tut es auch leid. Hilft mir nur leider nicht. Von Kärcher die passen nicht.

Me gusta mucho limpiar la casa en condiciones limpia, y este es gran invento para limpieza hogar, lo único inconveniente es que tienen que estar siempre enchufados, pero como todos si son recargables no tendrá tanta fuerza, pues limpia las suciedades profundas fácilmente y son capaces de quitarse las manchas en textil. Es la segunda que compro del producto del estilo similar, porque ha quedado mi madre la primera que tenia y he comprado este porque es blanco, y tiene más accesorios para sitios más complicados, aunque no suelo usar , pero es bueno tenerlos.
