I bought the 3.5 litre capacity of the stainless steel cooker.Though the manual provided restricts the use of this cooker to cook dals that make up a lot of froth while cooking ,I didn't experience any issue until the cooker is used for half the capacity. It's made up of stainless steel,that's good for cooking ,also the wide opening allows easy cooking and stirring without getting burns on your hands.

1.Need to improve lid Bend design, it look like damage or bend product 2. The edges of cooker is uneven. 3.There is some gap shown b/w lid 4.Need to improve Base plate joint, it look like poor welding or joint , & it can be removed on high temp overall product is cook, it make th cooking easier due to width section of cooker . the most intersresting is cleaning , definetly it does not take much time to clean, totally effortless. Due to SS material cooked food is healthy, and easily prepared on Induction.

Very good product but Black colour of handle came off within 2 days of use. Cheap quality aluminium handle is visible below black colour. This cooker comes with 5 years warranty using such a third class material. Stainless steel quality is very good. Easy to use and clean. Heavy Base.

It should have O"- design of sealing instead of H" type design,which is not easily available in the market. Otherwise it's excellent in overall quality.

USAGE: 1 year PROBLEM: When heated the bottom part gapes out and make crackling sound (see video). Often gas leaks and no whistle comes up. WARRANTY NOT HONORED: I went to the service center as the product was under warranty. They made me run to service center 3 times during covid19 situation. Service Center finally said that the welding of bottom part is gone and cannot be repaired. However, they will not replace the product as it was heated in high temperature. According to them the product is supposed to be be used in medium temperature only and warranty holds only if the product cracks in the body. They offered to replace the product only if I paid half the price, how ridiculous is that. Completely frustrating experience. First a product meant to be heated and work in such conditions for decades stops working after it is heated within a year. I am not using it in industrial conditions. Companies like Prestige just try to find one or other excuse to not honor their sub-standard products. Secondly not only they refused to honor the warranty but also try to sell another sub standard product once again. The worst part was that they made me run to the service center thrice. If the problem was something outside warranty, they could have told me to that it wouldn't be replaced on first time itself.
