The bottles looked like the original product, but I later realized that **the shampoo inside the bottles had been changed/replaced**. 😔When I received the bottles, I noticed that they were **not properly sealed**. At that time, I had some doubts, but I did not realize the seriousness of the issue.Unfortunately, I had already travelled back abroad, and only later did I realize what had actually happened. By then, I was unable to return the products or resolve the issue easily. 😞I feel extremely disappointed and cheated as a customer. I had damaged hair due to other shampoo and heat. This is my first wash using L’Oréal Absolut Repair products - Shampoo, Mask and Oil.After using all three, the results are uploaded for Before and After. Both before and after images are after completely detangling my hair.

I had bought this shampoo with lot of expectations..the very first wash felt satisfying but by third or fourth wash, my hair has become very dull, weak and starting falling off like anything.Purpose defeated.
