Review: Must have for cold air - This stuff is a must-have if you or a family member gets cold sores. It's like Abreva from the inside out. Yes, the tablets are large but they're chewable. They taste like a sour, fake pineapple but they're not awful. I didn't have them when I first felt the cold sore coming but I ordered them for overnight to try. I already had the blister by then (Monday morning). I took as directed and today (Thursday) it's gone. I have a small open spot still healing but that's it. I'm ordering more as soon as this box is gone because I want to have it IMMEDIATELY if I feel another coming on.

Cold sore hero! If you have a cold sore, it’s recommended you take this when you have tingling/burning. However I didn’t have those symptoms and mine appeared overnight and was huge. I feel this helped significantly because it’s flattened and the swelling is almost completely gone. I recommend taking these 2/3 times a day, applying ice 5x a day for 10 minutes, applying abreva 3 times a day and sleeping with a mederma patch. I promise you those steps helped with my cold sore and I will gladly recommend this to anyone. TASTES ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUT IT WORKS AND WILL GROW ON YOU! Tablets are huge by the way.
