Maybe it is just me, but I feel like I build a tolerance to these pretty quickly. I cannot consume them day after day - I notice that the effects are NOT the same on Day 3 or 4 as they were on Day 1. But they are nice to enjoy on occasion & they taste great, too!!!

Good pick me up energy shot

These are not very strong. It says 300mg of caffeine but I didn’t feel it like I feel other energy shots. There are better ones out there.

No effect. Nothing just like 5 hour energy.

I have to admit that when I first read that these have 300mg of caffeine per bottle, I was a little worried that it would be too much. But that isn't the case.You DO get a quick, almost instant, boost of energy. But it is not accompanied by a jittery feeling, and lasts for hours. I find one of these in the morning to be far more effective than what I was doing previously, where I would drink an energy drink right away in the morning then need to "top off" around noon to keep going. These just work all day.Taste is great, too! I keep mine chilled, but really you're drinking them so fast it doesn't matter that much.

Flavor is actually really good - a little tiny but medicinal vibe but really enjoyable! I never regularly consume caffeine - not for any medical reason but just because all I drink is water - and as someone who isn’t used to caffeine, I don’t get the shakes from these at all. They are actually quite nice. Again coming from someone who doesn’t consume caffeine and obviously no energy drinks, I’m impressed with these! My fiancé agrees that they are very good! Flavor-wise he enjoys them and he is also a fan of the energy boost he gets. Definitely recommend!
