**Q: Does it have box?**
A: No. The one I purchased for my husband came in a clear little bag, the size of the watch, and in a white delivery bag. There was zero boxes involved, zero padding, zero any consideration. For a $100 watch, you’d expect more. Heck, the $9 watches at Walmart come in a dang box! Only reason I don’t regret purchasing the watch, is because the watch is gorgeous and my husband loved it. Extremely unhappy about the delivery and care this company showed.
**Q: What size tool is used to remove backing to replace battery or where on amazon can I get the tool**
A: We would recommend taking the watch to a local jeweler or store to have the battery replaced.
**Q: Does the watch come with a Gift Box?**
A: Yes, it came with a really nice Gift Box
**Q: Where is it made in? China?**

Excellent Watch. The watch is very much suitable for both casual and formal looks. This nate series watch is huge & on the heavier side too which you can feel it on the wrist but not a con for me. The product was very good, Too bad I have to purchase after Diwali. Before Diwali the watch was very less than 9K. I've trying to buy a watch since a month when one of my friends recommended fossils. But I thought the price was too high. But when I've searched in different sites there is not much variation in the price. After searching and visiting some of the fossil watches selling stores I've decided to purchase this. But I was very much tried to buy the black colour, but it's price was too high that this according to me. AND THE WATCH WAS HEAVY of 200GM, that's why I've decided to buy this. The only drawback is that the box of the watch was slightly damaged like the box was bend at some corners and sides. And It was mentioned in the site that to Start the Watch we have to remove the plastic at the crown, By the time when I've opened the package and the bax the watch was running normally. But when I've received the product there is no Invoice in the package, and also no Warranty card or anything except the User Manual.
