How many times a day can it be applied ?

I have only used it at the most two times daily. And always before training or cardio sessions.

How long do the effects last?

After application, shower. The skin looks tight and the muscles hard for at least 4 more hours.

Is yoga enough to do to get results?

I just put it on and almost immediately my hands started to burn, then the part of the body I put it on burned and then broke out in hives.
