It doesn't feel greasy or heavy at all. However, don't expect it to treat acne or fade acne marks. It isn't an acne treatment. Very good moisturizer. But the increasing of price day by day is very high..

I found cream content suspicious as it's smell is little off the mark. I had purchased previously a big size jar of the Cetaphil cream but that was a total fake chemical mix.
