Excellent. TMG is one of the most underrated supplements in existence. It not only helps with strength training but it also helps with inflammation by reducing homocysteine levels. If you experience unexplained stiff back, muscle or nerve impingements from sleeping awkward, stiff joints, etc then I highly recommend trying TMG. It has been amazing for me. This stuff definitely takes your brain for a ride. In my case, with a brain injury it really helps my brain move faster than it should. Kinda mentally expanding and you really don't take very much at all. A gram or less and that is plenty noticeable for me. Definitely recommend
