Kretschmer Wheat Germ Honey Crunch, 11 oz (Pack of 1)

I've been eating this for years. I prefer it to regular Wheat Germ. It has a delight flavor and is a great addition to yogurt, cottage cheese or other cereals.

Expensive but worth it. Quality control is bar none. Just tried to save some money by purchasing a competitor's less expensive version packaged in a plastic bag. I opened up the cheaper product, and the competitor's version smelled like warm, yeasted bread dough rising in the bowl. Oh no! Straight back to Kretschmer! Honestly, it's cheap. Do you realize how much work it would take to grow the wheat yourself and then pick out the germ by hand? On every little kernel? It's a tasty treat that just happens to be really good for you.

I love this. The taste is so much better than what I can find in grocery stores--they don't seem to carry the Honey Crunch flavor. This stuff is good all by itself! Healthy, too. I've just ordered more.

Although you can get wheat germ plain, the honey crunch is the bomb!

This is so good - good for you and good tasting - I use it on plain yoghurt with honey. The honey crunch is more expensive and less available than the plain wheat germ, and I add honey anyway, so probably best to use the plain y honeyed wheat germ.

Incredibly difficult to find this wheat germ but leave it to Amazon to have it available. The honey crunch has a great texture so you can enjoy it on its own or add it to a yogurt bowl or similar If you prefer. Two tbsp are only 60 calories and you get protein and fiber to boot.

I LOVE Kretschmer Honey Crunch Wheat Germ. I especially like to sprinkle it on a bowl of ice cream. Yum! I am bummed that I can never find it in any grocery stores where I shop. I am glad I found it on Amazon, but I think the price I have to pay to get it is just plain highway robbery. Just sayin.'
