I have used it for almost 20 days now. It's a great purchase for us as I feel handicap w/o it when I have gross waistpain. Even it helps in my spondylitis. However the speed now has gone down a bit but still it works good. Only wish it worked best all the time like when we bought it. Forgot to mention that it warms up the massage area which is really a great job.

Exactly what i ordered for, i had gone a a exhibition of interior sofas / dining tables etc at BKC Bandra / MMRDA grounds. this event was some 4-5 years back. there at one company had combined 6-7 stalls into one outlet and were exhibited sofas / chairs and chairs with massagers / etc on it. I tried the massager ones and asked for the price quote, it had two products one was the neck massager and the other was the back massager, the price quoted was through the roof, it was 15K+ taxes for the neck massager (this exact same product i am reviewing) and for the back one was some 45K+ taxes. so i just forgot about it and thought such luxuries are for the Ambanis and the Vijay Mallas of our country. and moved on with life. Now come to a week back when i saw this product and i was like KOI TOH copy cat product HOGA, but was convinced me to even think about buying it was the video, it made me realised it was the same product. also i have used more than 7 different made in china massagers, so i will advice you, always buy electric MADE IN CHINA massagers it will run for years. the battery powered one might last you a few weeks if you are lucky :) this product maybe made in china (please note nowhere in the packaging its mentioned where it was manufactured so i am assuming it to be China but the product is designed by a American company with a big USA flag on the packaged box) the built quality of the massager is definitely made in Germany / japan. even if its made in china....It has a foam material on the back side, so its fine to press it and put it anywhere and use it freely, one minor down side is that power wire goes in right at the back side where you are going to press it, so you are bascially applying pressure to the wire (can be a problem in the long run) I think you should buy it. especially if someone is under treatment / hospital, this can be of great use to them. also the pricing is next to cheap. Overall i will give it 5 stars cause it deserves it,

The massager stopped working within a month of normal use. For a product at this price, I expected much better durability. What makes it even more frustrating is that the warranty is only 15 days, which is far too short for a product that can fail so quickly. The product worked fine initially, but there seems to be no meaningful support once that short warranty period ends. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing this.

It is very helpful and relaxing. However, I have misplaced the wire that connects to the massager, how can I order just the wire.

This is my second time buying the product but this time its not working. Have applied for replacement. the earlier works very well and is good for pain relief

Product is good, but it is too hard. If you don't like hard massage it's not for you.
